My favorite Cosby character is one that started out in his stand-up routine before he was ever on TV. Good old Fat Albert. These days he’s probably considered socially incorrect, we don’t encourage kids to refer to people as “fat”, but back then he was just an overweight kid who used his extra size to his own advantage and to help his friends. He’s really a part of the culture now, even fat albert light bulbs are named after him. Hey, Hey, Hey!!!
Dr Huxtable was such a funny character, loved his sweaters!
While I do have fond memories of Cosby’s portrayal of Dr. Huxtable, my favorite TV character created (and voiced) by him is the animated Fat Albert. “Hey hey hey!”
My favorite Bill Cosby Character is “Cliff Huxtable” from The Cosby Show. I watched that while I was growing up and now I watch it with my hubby and kids – great family show.
