SYNOPSIS

Bob Hope's best as a spoiled movie star who makes a play for a colonel's daughter, who is not impressed. So he sets up a phony session with an army enlistment sergeant but the bright beauty foils his game and he finds himself in a comedy of errors when Congress passes the National Draft.
