SYNOPSIS
Holden stars as a wiseguy jockey agent at a seedy racetrack who needs to make a fast buck. Normally he would pull a quick con or bet on a fixed race, but this time he finds a starry-eyed jockey and a second-rate horse and decides to make them into a winning combination.
