MINI BIO:
Red-headed Scottish actress, Jean Cadell, had inquisitive features and piercing blue eyes. She played a few 'wee lassies' in silent films, but her career in movies really got under way with the coming of sound, playing numerous roles as housekeepers, busybodies, maids and mothers. She was the 'Barbara Mullen' of her day, although perhaps in less good-humored parts.
