SYNOPSIS

A German waiter and sometime wrestler (Beery) falls in love with an American dancer (Morley) and marries her. She has a child, he becomes the German wrestling champion, and together they travel to the U.S., where the wife's old partner resurfaces and becomes the fighter's manager. The wrestler's wife leaves him for the manager, who beats her. Learning of this brutality, the wrestler strangles the manager but doesn't know if he's dead. The fighter is arrested for murder after winning a big championship. Curious melodrama from Ford.
