Has four children (3 daughters and 1 son). The oldest daughter, Ylenia, mysteriously disappeared in 1994.
Her eldest daughter Ylenia Carrisi (b. November 1970) was visiting New Orleans when she went missing in the French Quarter. She had been staying at the LeDale Hotel with a street musician when she was last seen on 6 January 1994. The man was arrested in connection with her disappearance by the New Orleans police detectives, but later released due to lack of evidence. She has yet to be found.
Niece of Anne Power.
One half of Italy's most popular singing duo in the 1970s and 1980s, with her husband Albano. Their songs include "Felicità" (1982), "Ci sarà" (1984), winning title at the Sanremo Festival, "Sempre sempre" (1986) and "Nostalgia canaglia" (1987).
She moved to Rome, Italy, together with her mother and sister, in the early 60s.
Together with her ex husband Albano, she twice achieved 7th place at the Eurovision Song Contest, in 1976 with "We'll live it all again" and in 1985 with "Magic, Oh Magic".
