Came from a theatrical family and grew up around actors. Her mother was popular stage actress May Preston Dean.
Died at age 91 in Las Vegas from injuries suffered in a fall the previous September.
Her husband, Lt. Leslie Arnold, made history by flying around the world in 1924.
