Began her acting career in repertory theatre, but, by the 1960s was a perpetual guest star in British TV series such as 'The Prisoner', 'The Avengers' and, particularly, opposite Roger Moore in 'The Saint'.
She married a school-teacher in the 1970s and, with the exception of a guest appearance in 'The Young Ones' in 1982, has retired from acting.
