Along with Simon Pegg, Alan Dale, Daphne Ashbrook, Guy Siner, Maurice Roëves, Olaf Pooley, John Franklyn-Robbins, Christopher Neame and Deep Roy, he is one of only ten actors to have speaking roles in both the "Star Trek" and "Doctor Who" franchises.
