Arielle Dombasle

After her mother's death in 1964, she was raised by her grandparents in Mexico.

Born to Jean-Louis Sonnery de Fromental, a silk manufacturer and adventurer, and Francion Garreau-Dombasle, daughter of Maurice Garreau-Dombasle, the French ambassador to Mexico.

Graduating from the Conservatoire Musique de Paris, she is also a singer, performing in Spanish, English and French.

Has her look-alike puppet in the French show "Les guignols de l'info" (1988).

Her brother Gilbert Sonnery is a textile executive.



Is fluent in French and Spanish

Spent parts of her childhood at Chateau de Chaintré, her family's estate.

Stepmother of Justine Lévy.
