June Clyde Facts
Child performer, in vaudeville from 1917 and in films from the age of ten. In the cast of 'Topsy and Eva' with the Duncan Sisters in 1925. As a blonde, leggy starlet signed by RKO for the musical comedies 'Tanned Legs' and 'Hit the Deck'. Found greater success on the London stage in 'Lucky Break' (1934) and 'The Flying Trapeze' (1935) and on Broadway in 'Hooray for What!' (1937-8) and 'Banjo Eyes' (1941-2). Appeared in British films in the 1950s.

Niece of actress Leona Hutton.

June Clyde began performing at the age of seven under the name of "Baby Tetrazini" using her mother's maiden name.
