Producer Henry Hobart (birthdate unknown) produced about 20 films from 1926 through 1931. Possibly his most famous was the silent film, The Noose (1928), which was an adaptation of the 1926 play by Willard Mack -- and for which Richard Barthelmess was nominated for a Best Actor Academy Award in 1927/28. Hobart passed away in 1951.
