MINI BIO:

Handsome but faintly shifty-looking, Vincent Price's slight sneer got him cast in some good forties roles as untrustworthy associates. But he was never quite a top-of-the-cast man until he settled into horror films and became known as the 'Master of Menace'. Price was also a cookery and art expert. He was married to actress Coral Browne (third wife) from 1974-1991).

Vincent Price Quotes:

[first lines]
[United States Conqueror Worm versions]
Matthew Hopkins: [voiceover] LO! 't is a gala night/Within the lonesome latter years./An angel throng, bewinged, bedight/In veils, and drowned in tears,/Sit in a theatre to see/A play of hopes and fears,/While the orchestra breathes fitfully/The music of the spheres."

Simon Orne: Joseph, have you not gorged yourself enough on revenge?
Charles Dexter Ward: You do not know the extent of my appetite, Simon. I'll not have my fill of revenge until this village is a graveyard. Until they have felt, as I did, the kiss of fire on their soft bare flesh. All of them. Have patience my friends. Surely, after all these years, I'm entitled to a few small amusements.

Burnbridge Waters: I'm thinking of introducing onto the market an all-purpose cake of soap that can also be used to clean teeth.
Beauregard Bottomley: [laughs] I see, sort of a foaming at the mouth approach, eh?
Burnbridge Waters: [not amused at all] You would have started tomorrow.
Beauregard Bottomley: That would have been fine, but aren't we using a strange tense - would have?
Burnbridge Waters: No sir, we are not.
