The exploding xylophone gag is reused from 1951's Ballot Box Bunny, where it was tried on Bugs by Yosemite Sam with a piano, using the same tune and with the same result.
The segment where Bugs and Daffy are dancing to "Tea for Two" was used for the opening of the "Bugs Bunny and Friends" TV series on WNEW-TV (Channel 5, now WNYW) in New York for much of the 1970s and into the early 1980s.
