Ann Blyth, who played Joan Crawford's daughter in Mildred Pierce, played Rose Marie in the remake of this film, Rose Marie.

The filming of 'Rose-Marie' had started in 1926 with William Nigh at the helm and starring Renée Adorée but remained unfinished. Lucien Hubbard and Edmund Goulding took over two years later with Joan Crawford replacing Adorée.

This film is believed lost.
