Daughter Mea Mullally, born to Gloria and her physician husband, Dr. Steven J. Capabianco, won three gold medals in local ice-skating competitions and is an aspiring actress.

Was signed up for a recurring role on "Mr. Novak" (1963) TV series when she injured herself prior to shooting and had to be replaced.
