Relive the glamour and excitement of the Big Band era with this entertaining musical featuring the Glenn Miller Orchestra, The Nicholas Brothers, Jackie Gleason, The Modernaires and Tex Beneke.

Plus a 1940's cartoon.

Film historian Christopher Perry will introduce the film.

The Bijou opens at 6:30pm.

WANT FREE ADMISSION???  Bring a cinema related book to the Bijou and donate it to the Bijou reference library and you will get in free.  Note: It has to be a book that the reference library currently does not have. 

WANT ADMISSION FOR 25 CENTS???  Since movie tickets in the 1930's and 40's could be bought for 25 cents we will give you admission for 25 cents in change if the coins are silver(that means dated before 1965). 

 DIRECTIONS COMING FROM THE LOW DESERT:  From Hwy 10, take Hwy 62 north until you reach Yucca Valley.  Once you are in Yucca Valley take a right at the second stoplight(Kickapoo Trail) and go 2 blocks to the stop sign(Onaga Trail) where you take a left.  Go 2.8 miles and you are there.  You will see the Bijou sign in front.
