Marilyn Miller's final film.

In September 1928, Warner Bros. Pictures purchased a majority interestin First National Pictures and from that point on, all "First National" productions were actually made under Warner Bros. control, even though the two companies continued to retain separate identities until the mid-1930's, after which time "A Warner Bros.-First National Picture" was often used.

The American Film Institute (AFI) Catalog, Feature Films, 1931-1940, reports data for this movie from a print with no end credits, and has much misinformation. Turner Classic Movies (TCM) shows the movie with end credits, extending the credited cast to 14 (from the 6 listed in the opening credits) and provides additional crew not mentioned in AFI's Catalog.

Vitaphone production reels #5047-5055.
