The late U.S. president lived in the single-family home in Los Angeles with his first wife

After three months on the market, the former abode of President Ronald Reagan and his first wife, Oscar-winning actress Jane Wyman, has sold for $6.45 million, according to Christophe Choo, the listing agent.

The house also recently served as the TV home of Joan Crawford in the 2017 FX series "Feud," which starred Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon as Crawford and Bette Davis, Mr. Choo said.

The five-bathroom, six-bathroom home in Little Holmby sold and closed in an all-cash deal in 10 days, according to Mr. Choo. He was not able to disclose the buyer's name but said his firm, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, represented both the owner and the buyer. The property was listed in June and sold  on Sept. 7, according to listing records.

The 6,153-square-foot house sits on a 17,820-square-foot lot, according to the listing. The 1938 home has a large backyard, which includes landscaped gardens, a fire pit, and a pool.
