This film is believed to be lost. Please check your attic.
Based on the career and incarceration of birth control crusader Margaret Sanger, of whom director Lois Weber was an ardent admirer.
Following the censorship issues she encountered with Where Are My Children?, Lois Weber decided to tone down the plot of this film, which deals with the same subject matter (birth control). She later attributed the film's disappointing box office earnings to "being too tame (with) hardly a jolt in it."
