Facts about
This was billed as Sharon Tate's film debut by producer Martin Ransohoff, who had Sharon under contract. Tate had already appeared in films, including an unbilled bit in Ransohoff's own The Americanization of Emily and in the 1966 British horror film Eye of the Devil.
The film's theme song was written and recorded by The Byrds. In a strange bit of irony, the producer of the first two Byrds album was Terry Melcher, who was a previous resident of 10050 Cielo Drive, the house where "Don't Make Waves" star Sharon Tate and her friends were murdered by the Manson family in August 9, 1969.
