Mary Treen (Emma), Garry Owen (Sign Painter) and Lee 'Lasses' White (Mailman) were listed as cast members for their roles in Hollywood Reporter pre-release news items and production charts, but they were not seen in the movie. A modern source also lists Walter Soderling (Customer), Ralph Peters (Cab Driver) and Jerry Fletcher as cast members, but they too were not seen. The one cab driver in the movie was played by Billy Wayne.

Released at about the same time as My Favorite Wife. "My Favorite Wife" deals with a husband, a wife, and a fiancé. This one deals with a wife with two husbands. Both did well at the box office.

The opening night cast included Estelle Winwood as Vicky. It opened in London, England, UK on 30 August, 1919, with the title "Home and Beauty."
