"Paris Holiday" is one of the few films that alternates first billing during the credits. Each of the four principle stars takes his/her turn at the top while the other three appear beneath them. The prolonged sequence begins and ends with Hope's name first.

Another Cahn/Van Heusen number, "Nothing in Common", performed by Bob Hope and Martha Hyer, was cut from the final print, although Hope's intro line, "Great night for singing, hmm?" remains.

The last film of Preston Sturges and his only credited acting role.
