Martin Manulis

He was a stage, film, and television producer who created the classic Emmy-winning program "Playhouse 90" (1956). After three years of producing live television drama, he became head of production at 20th Century-Fox Television, where he oversaw lighter fare.

In the 1960s, he began working on films. After having produced "Days of Wine and Roses" for "Playhouse 90" (1956), he produced the film version (Days of Wine and Roses (1962)) starring Lee Remick and Jack Lemmon.
