Kristin Morgan, Dennis' daughter, appeared with him in My Wild Irish Rose (1947). She was 8 years old at the time.
Appeared in high school plays and the glee club.
Attended Carroll College in Wisconsin and belonged to the college football team. Later studied voice at the Wisconsin Conservatory of music in Milwaukee and the American Conservatory in Chicago.
