About “Those Redheads from Seattle”: A married woman (Agnes Moorehead) takes her four unmarried redheaded daughters (Rhonda Fleming, Teresa Brewer, Cynthia and Kay Bell of The Bell Sisters) to Alaska during the 1898 Gold Rush so they could help their father run his newspaper, and upon arriving in Yukon they find out their father was murdered. The four heroines get work at the saloon owned by Johnny Kisco (Gene Barry). Kathie Edmonds (Fleming) searches for her father’s murderer, who may or may not be Kisco.

  1. Vickie Gleasin says:

This was one of the movies at the 2017 TCMFF I was excited to see! Unfortunately I had to cancel. Yno,and and did not attend so have not seen this film!

  2. Ashley Hinz says:

June 10th is the 100th anniversary of grandfather’s birth. It would be nice to win something that day. I saw the movie on Netflix several years ago. I’m interested in seeing a better print of it. It reminds me of Bonanza.

  3. Olivia says:

I would love to win this blu-Ray because I’ve been wanting so see this movie for a long time. It first caught my interest years ago when I randomly stumbled across the movie poster online. It seemed like fate since I’m from Seattle and at the time was experimenting with red hair thanks to my Lucy Ricardo phase. I would love to finally get to see it.

  4. Shelia says:

Oh my goodness! I’ve never even heard of this one! So it would be great to find out firsthand. May the Force be with me. And I’ll have to find some 3-D glasses.

I do not have a Twitter account, so I am posting here to enter but cannot tweet the message.

    • Annmarie Gatti says:

I haven’t seen this one yet either, but looking forward to it! Thanks for entering and Good Luck 🙂

  5. Nancy says:

I’d love to win this Blu-ray because I missed this one at the TCM Film Festival 🙁

  6. Abigail Crater says:

I would love to win this because I am in the process of extending my classic movie collection and I think this would be a perfect new addition!!

  7. Andrew Hunt says:

I’m willing to do most anything within legal limits to own this. Death defying daring-do deeds? Why not? Name it. I’m willing and insane.

  8. Ana Roland says:

I saw the wonderful presentation at TCMFF about the restoration of this film but regret to say I fell asleep from exhaustion from all the festival activities and so missed seeing the 3-D film! The only thing I remember from the screening is the beer glass coming straight at me…This was a film I was looking forward to seeing at TCMFF~Big Bummer & Embarrassing…I love film stories set in wintery landscapes. I was looking forward to seeing the film since it stars the great character actress Agnes Moorehead. I have since learned more about Rhonda Fleming from my TCMFF friend who is a big fan and so I look forward to watching THOSE REDHEADS FROM SEATTLE!

  9. Mark PAGAN says:

3-D, eh? Nice gimmick in theaters; for home video, not so much. Don’t know this movie at all, so I’m simply curious about how the film stands up without the trickery.

  10. bill norris says:

ive never seen this and would love to.

  11. Chris McCullen says:

Huge classic movie fan, and I don’t often use the 3D feature on my TV because there aren’t that many I’ve been interested in. Love DIAL M FOR MURDER, HOUSE OF WAX, etc. It’s great to see more obscure 50s 3D movies getting this kind of restoration treatment!

  12. Dan says:

I would love to win this movie because I’d love to see a musical in 3D. I still have glasses, too! There were so many 3D movies in the early 1950s, and most of them are largely forgotten now.

    • Annmarie Gatti says:

Hi Dan, I can’t seem to find your tweet. Could you please confirm that you tweeted, or just let me know here if you don’t have a twitter account. Thanks so much 🙂

  13. Steven Coster says:

I’ve known of this film as a modern day myth! Could not get to TCMFF and would love to see this cast, the great Agnes Moorehead and sultry Rhonda Fleming in dazzling Technicolor; and a pre-Endora in 3-D! I can’t wait!!

  14. Laura says:

I would like to win this Blu-ray as I’m interested in ’50s 3-D films and this one is fairly obscure. I missed the TCMFF presentation and would like to learn more about it!

    Best wishes,
    Laura

  15. Ariel Schudson says:

I LOVED that this film connected with the other films that TCMFF showed that were also Yukon-based!! It was such a great restoration too!! <3

  16. Adam VanHandel says:

While I have yet to see the film, I love watching and owning important pieces of cinema history, and this seems right up my alley!

  17. Linda Michel says:

I would love to win this Blu-Ray because, frankly, I never win anything. My Hubby is the lucky one in the family. Never saw this film but love Rhonda Fleming and Gene Barry!

    • Annmarie Gatti says:

Hi Linda, Please don’t forget to tweet the message, or let me know by commenting back here if you don’t have a twitter account. Thanks 🙂

I want to win this Blu-Ray because my mom loves this movie and I have actually never seen it.

I want to win this Blu-Ray because I have all the great musicals but I am not familiar with this one! I can’t stand not knowing it!!

  20. David Wangberg says:

I love Gene Barry, and have never seen this. I want to fix that as soon as possible.
