  1. Brenda Lee Dickson says:

“The Sound of Music” is special to me because it brings back so many wonderful memories from my childhood. My sisters and brother would put on our own “Sound of Music” production for our parents every few years. We watched the movie every year that it was on TV and we were glued to that TV and we sang along with every song, knowing the words by heart of course. Dad would pop popcorn and/or make homemade cocoa and we just had a blast!

  2. Joan O'Malley says:

I was 10 when I saw the movie when it was released. The music fit the story telling so perfectly. I still get goosebumps when I hear Climb Ev’ry Mountain.

  3. Lisa says:

One of my earliest memories of childhood, going to the movie theater to see “The Sound of Music” with my parents, brother and cousins.
