  1. Jennifer Essad says:

growing up in the 60’s we watched Rudolph, Charlie Brown and Frosty we waited patiently for dinner, baths and the evening of television and a bowl of popcorn. We were so excited when our dad brought home a colored tv set. It’s great fun to watch these same shows with our children, who even now that they’re adults enjoy the nostalgia

  2. Rockfish says:

My first memory is from about 66-67, four years old and what an event it was! Probably in my pjs and hunkering on the floor beside my brother and sister, wanting to learn all the words to the song. I felt so sad for Hermy…. I also wished that I could have a toy that looked like Rudolph (though I would get my big present, a pull string talking Bugs bunny!). I recall a norelco shaving commercial that used stop animation (not certain if that’s from this period) and how I wanted to suddenly know if my Dad used Norelco, and if he saw Santa!

  3. Bernie W says:

My favorite memory of watching Rudolph and Frosty was watching it in my Mom’s bedroom on her tv as a child.

  4. Dorothy Winnett says:

Frosty the snowmen has always been my all time favorites. The characters, lyrics all in compassed my Christmas passion. It was also the only Christmas movie I can remember watching with my father. Still brings warm memories of that one time every year when I watch it. ♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡

  5. Frances Winnett says:

My fondest memory of watching Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer on tv was the triggering of my memory of receiving a little card board tree ornament of Rudolph the year his story was published.

  6. Maddy says:

Every December 24th (never fail), “Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer” was watched by me and my sisters. My Mum taped all the Christmas specials so we could watch them every year, and even though it was on TV quite a few times during the season, we always waited until the night before Christmas! It somehow became a family tradition!

  7. Joan O'Malley says:

My goodness I just realized I have watched Rudolph every year for 50 years! Yukon Cornelius and Sam are my favorite characters. Love Holly Jolly Christmas to this day. My daughter enjoys it and now my granddaughter.
